Liza Koshy Reflects on David Dobrik Split 1 Year Later: ‘We’re Doing Well! I Just Saw Him’
Can you believe it’s been over a year since Liza Koshy and David Dobrik broke up? *Pauses to sigh.* It feels like just yesterday that the popular influencers were social media’s most beloved couple.
That said, just because Liza, 23, and David, 23, ended their romantic relationship, doesn’t mean the YouTubers aren’t good friends! In fact, during an interview with Saturday Night Live legend Kevin Nealon, Liza reflected on the pair’s split, including where they stand today.
“We’re doing well! I just saw him last night at my friend Scotty Sire’s, like, album release party,” she told the longtime comedian, 65, during a segment of his digital series “Hiking with Kevin.”
“He’s doing well. It was just good to see him,” Liza continued, before delving into the fan reaction from their breakup. “It was cool to see the reaction,” Liza admitted, referring to the video she and David made announcing that they were calling it quits.
“A lot of people our age related to it and said, ‘You know, I was going through a similar thing with my boyfriend.’ Basically, we ended a lot of people’s relationships by ending ours.”
