‘RHONY’ Star Luann de Lesseps Shares an Update on Where She Stands With Her Costars
Getting candid about her coworkers! On Saturday, March 23, Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps spoke about her relationships with some of the girls from the show and boy, she did not hold back!
So, if she had to f—k, marry, or kill one of the ladies, who would it be? “Oh my God, what a choice,” the 53-year-old said during her Countess and Friends cabaret show at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey. “I’m going to marry Dorinda. Yeah, I think I’d rather have sex with Ramona than with Dorinda. And yeah, I’d have to kill Carol. She slept with my chef — who was dating my niece, don’t forget. That’s a true story.”
Lu and Dorinda Medley, 54, had a blow-out fight at the cabaret at the end of last season, but it seems like things might be getting better between the former friends. “We’re trying to patch things up in our friendship because we’ve been friends for a long time,” she said. “I love Dorinda, we’re working on it.”
“We’re getting past it now. We’re moving on. You know, Dorinda’s fantastic. She’s the one that introduced me to Jovani, let’s not forget. So, I give her credit,” she added, referring to the fashion company.
Meanwhile, it seems like the Bravo personality understands her relationship with Ramona Singer a lot more now. “You know it’s like your family,” she confessed. “Sometimes you don’t get along and you’re like, ‘What did you just say?’ At the end of the day, you have to come to the dinner table otherwise you don’t eat. Don’t ask me where I just got that one!”
The Class with the Countess author admitted that there is one Housewife that got on her nerves. “Darling — if I answer that question, I wouldn’t be in Season 11! I can’t, they would kill me, all of them!” she said. However, the brunette beauty ended up spilling the tea. “Oh, I would say Alex McCord. Oh, my God and [her husband] Simon, oh, my God! Oh, God!” Alex and Luann were both original Housewives when the show premiered in March 2008. Alex left the series in Season 4, while Lu is on her 11th year with the franchise.
Well, at least she’s mending friendships with the people that count!
