LOL‘RHONY’ Star Luann de Lesseps Trolls Viktor & Rolf’s Latest Runway Collection and We’re Losing It
You’d be hard pressed to find a member of the Real Housewives franchise that doesn’t make you laugh, but you have to visit the ladies of Real Housewives of New York if you really want to be in stitches. Take Countess Luann de Lesseps, for example. She’s classy, fun and she’s always ready with a joke. Plus, she’s even funny on her social media, where she recently reposted a hilarious meme of a new outspoken couture collection by Viktor & Rolf. It even had some of her classic wit photoshopped on it.
On January 25, the 53-year-old reposted a Story from Instagram user @jaminjamming with a runway model wearing a dress from designers Viktor & Rolf’s most recent runway collection. The whole shtick of the collection is the bold and loud slogans worn huge and proud on immaculate couture gowns, so when Jamin photoshopped out the original slogan, he decided to leave some RHONY genius in its place.
“Money can’t buy you class,” the gown reads in Jamin’s version, where the original reads, “I’m not shy, I just don’t like you.”
Countess Luann clearly liked the meme so much, she wanted to make sure everyone in her camp saw it too. The quote is obviously the title of Luann’s most famous hit song, “Money Can’t Buy You Class,” released in 2010. See below for one of the greatest music videos you will ever witness. The RHONY OG has been killing it in the style department lately, so it’s no surprise seeing her latch onto this couture meme. She has been performing in her new cabaret show across the country for a little while now and each of her costumes is more regal than the last.
