There really is an American in the royal family, y’all! Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, attended a New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox baseball game at London Stadium on June 29. This particular across-the-pond match was in support of the Invictus Games Foundation, which was created by the 34-year-old prince himself. Naturally, fans and followers flocked to the stadium to see the game and, of course, the royals themselves. Seems like it was a day jam-packed with fun. Oh, these lovebirds. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the baseball game in sharp and simple black attire — and they looked seriously good.

The couple seems to be all over each other and it makes sense, considering they’re in the honeymoon phase 2.0. That is, their son, Archie, was born on May 6, so everything must still be very new and exciting.

The couple must be very proud of the game and Harry’s foundation that sponsored it. Invictus Games, created by the royal, helps wounded, injured or sick armed services members and veterans to take part in sports including wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, and indoor rowing.

First, the royal couple met with the Red Sox, who gifted them with a cute team onesie and play bat. How sweet!

Clearly, Meg, 37, and Harry thought so too, because it was hugs all around!

Obviously, they couldn’t leave the locker room without a group pic. After the Boston natives, the regal duo moved onto their bitter rivals …

The New York Yankees, baby! The Yanks did the royals one better and made little Archie his own classic pinstripe jersey with his name on it. Like, OMG.

Needless to say, Meg couldn’t get enough of the NYC team’s gift. In fact, in a locker room video, Harry can even be heard saying, “You guys beat next door’s present, by the way.” Take that, Boston!

All in all, it seemed like a lovely day at the stadium. Now we just need to wait and see if Archie grows up with a penchant for baseball!
