If you’re a royal superfan, you may have noticed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are no longer following anyone on their joint Instagram account, Royal Sussex. It turns out that at the beginning of each month, the duchess, 37, and duke, 34, unfollow all the accounts they had been following previously and start at zero as a way to spotlight charities. For the month of August, they’re leaving who they follow up to fans.

“Each month, we change the accounts we follow to highlight various causes, people or organisations doing amazing things for their communities and the world at large,” their latest Instagram post reads. “Over the next few days please add your suggestions into the comments section: someone you look up to, the organisation doing amazing work that we should all be following, an account that inspires you to be and do better (or that simply makes you feel good), or the handle that brims with optimism for a brighter tomorrow. We will choose 15 accounts and follow them next Monday, as we spend the month of August acknowledging the Forces for Change in all of our lives.”

For the month of August we look to you for help. We want to know who YOUR Force for Change is…. “Forces for Changes” refers to Meghan’s latest collaboration as guest editor of British Vogue’s September issue. The former actress teamed up with the publication’s editor, Edward Enninful, and the two discussed how “one can shine light in a world filled with seemingly daily darkness.” Their end goal was to create “an issue of both substance and levity,” according to Meg’s editor letter.

“Some, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and enlisted personally for this issue, others I’ve admired from afar for their commitment to a cause, their fearlessness in breaking barriers, or what they represent simply by being,” Meghan wrote in her message. “These are our forces for change. And among all of these strong women on the cover, a mirror — a space for you, the reader, to see yourself. Because you, too, are part of this collective.” Very cool of the royal couple to do this!
