Here comes the bride! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are busy planning their upcoming royal wedding — and the former actress has big plans when it comes to her wedding dress. The nuptials are expected to cost the couple $30 million — and a big chunk of the budget is dedicated to her designer white gown.

Sources reveal exclusively to Life & Style that Meghan, 36, is eyeing Ellie Saab as the designer and has budgeted around $500,000 for the custom-made dress. “It will reflect the romantic side of her personality,” explains the insider, who also listed designer J. Mendel as the other top contender.

Harry and Meghan, who announced their engagement last month, will also make sure the reception is just as glamorous as the dress. “Twenty chefs will cater the wedding,” adds the insider before describing the 10-tier, 5-foot-tall wedding cake, which will bring the food cost to $600,000. Ugh, we need an invite.

When it comes to her wedding dress, Meghan will be following in some major footsteps. Kate Middleton‘s Alexander McQueen gown with lace sleeves and an 8-foot-long train made headlines following her walk down the aisle — and was reportedly worth $434,000. Her late mother-in-law Princess Diana also made history with her dress, which featured a 25-foot-long train!

However, no matter what Meghan wears on her wedding day, we know Harry will be waiting for her with a big smile. “I fell in love with Meghan so incredibly quickly — it was a confirmation to me that all the stars were aligned,” Harry said of his fiancée. “This beautiful woman literally tripped and fell into my life. I fell into her life and the fact that she will be unbelievably good at the job part of it as well is obviously a huge relief to me because she’ll be able to deal with everything else that comes with it.”
