AwwNikki Bella Reveals Her Adorable Celeb Couple Nickname With Boyfriend Artem Chigvintsev
A little over week after making their relationship official, Nikki Bella revealed her celebrity couple name with her boyfriend, Artem Chigvintsev. Brace yourselves because though it’s simple, it’s pretty cute.
“So I guess we’re Nartem, which I’m kind of like, why does the guy get the bulk of it always?” the 35-year-old said on the red carpet at the Variety Children’s Charity Poker & Casino Night on July 24. “And it’s the girl’s first initial, but that’s okay. I guess it kind of sounded weird any other way. But they’ve made really cute videos. And they’ve named us actually Nartem for a long time. I didn’t see any other ones. But I’ve seen so many cute YouTube videos where I’m like, oh wow. That’s really good.” That’s sweet!
The Total Bellas star also admitted that though she and her Russian beau, 37, are going strong, she doesn’t want kids anytime soon. “Oh my God. Artem, I knew even when we were just friends and dancing, he would talk about being a dad and wanting a daughter first. And I remember he used to tell me, he’s like, ‘you just seem like you would be a mom one day. Like it’s so weird to think you weren’t,’” she said about her man before they got together. “At that point, when we were dancing.”
She continued, “I was like, no, I’m cool. I’m not going to be a mom. It’s all good. So I’ve heard about his baby fever forever, but I’ve told him look, ‘I don’t know if I need to be on three birth controls, but we are not having kids anywhere in the near future.'”
It’s a good thing the couple is just enjoying where they are now. On July 17, the brunette beauty took to “The Bellas Podcast” to tell the world that she and Artem are finally “boyfriend and girlfriend.” It’s all about timing with these two!
