Yep, you read that right, y’all. Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd just announced her engagement to new boyfriend Rick Leventhal on Instagram on November 13. The happy bride-to-be flaunted her gorgeous new ring for fans and followers — and it’s a stunner.

“I can’t believe I just got engaged!! @rickleventhal you are my Prince and my dream come true!!!” the 44-year-old excitedly captioned a sweet and snuggled up photo of the couple celebrating just after the question was popped. She even added the hashtags “#love,” “#engaged” and “#myprince.”

Kelly then hammered the point home on her Instagram Stories, where she also showed off the locale for the big surprise. “I got engaged!” she gushed on camera showing off her ring before snuggling into her new fiance. “Look at that, it’s a little big,” she referenced the sparkler before her man, 49, replied, “You deserve a big ring.”

“Look at that, look how he did it,” she panned the camera from the happy couple to the lit up Empire State Building in front of them as they relaxed on a rooftop patio. “So romantic, with Dom,” she added, most likely remarking on the champagne. “I love you.”

Before signing off her IG Stories with the great news, she showed off the gorgeous pear-cut diamond one more time. “Look how badass that ring is,” she said. “Bam!”

Kelly and Rick started dating back in early August, not long after the brunette beauty split from plastic surgeon Brian Reagan. They met at a party thrown by Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer in July.

The new duo started to really turn heads in September when Kelly seemingly revealed a planned wedding date for the couple. “Rick seems much better than the doctor. Normal and works for Fox. That’s a 10/10 perfect score for me,” a fan wrote to Kelly on Instagram, to which she responded, “That’s weird because we are getting married 10/10/2020.”

Needless to say, RHOC followers were a bit confused on whether or not to take that comment as gospel — but now, it seems as though it just might have been the truth all along. Congrats to the sweet Bravo TV couple!
