Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Shows Off Black Eye On Instagram, Seemingly Blames Baby Mama Jen Harley
This is really scary. On Oct. 24, Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro took to Instagram to show off that he has a black eye, and he shared a cryptic message seemingly blaming his baby mama Jen Harley along with it.
“Sorry for lying to my friends and family,” Ronnie, 32, began beside the photo, which shows bruising all over his cheek and brow bone. “Sometimes u love people so much you’re willing to lie and then hurt the people that love you the most to protect.” He also tagged “@JenX” and wrote “Kidddddddd.” Though that handle doesn’t belong to anyone Ronnie seems to know, it seems like he’s insinuating that his baby mama Jen abused him.
This isn’t the first time he’s accused her of being violent. They also got into a fight in Las Vegas where she allegedly dragged him with her car. Jen called the police, but they called her the “primary aggressor,” and that she was hitting and scratching him. There has been alleged abuse on his end as well. Jen posted an Instagram live video a few months ago where Ronnie seemed to attack her when he realized he was being filmed.
The couple has been incredibly tumultuous since they began dating and Jen quickly got pregnant. Ronnie allegedly cheated on her while filming Jersey Shore: Family Vacation with a French girl, and on the second season, he said that they’ve been in therapy working on their relationship. On the show, Snooki said, “All of us are concerned about Ron, we don’t know what’s going on with him. But he’s our family, he’s our brother, and we just want to make sure he’s OK.”
It’s seemed like Ronnie wanted to make it work with Jen for the sake of their baby girl, Ariana Sky. Ronnie is beyond obsessed with her, and often posts cute pics and videos. Just one day before the black eye photo, Ronnie posted a pic of his little baby with the caption “only thing that makes sense in my life.” We truly hope Ronnie is okay, and wish him the best in this tough time.
