Yas, Queen!Sarah Hyland Embraces Her Surgery Scars While Rocking a Crop Top in L.A.

In addition to never hiding her scars from the public, Sarah has also been incredibly forthright with her fans about her medical history. In fact, during an October video with Self magazine, Wells Adams’ ladylove explained where each of her surgical marks came from. “I [had] seven surgeries before the age of four,” Sarah revealed, adding that some of the results are more noticeable than others.

“When they do a kidney transplant, they connect the new kidney to your old kidneys in front,” she explained, noting that the surgery caused her lower abdomen to stick out. “I call it my KUPA: kidney upper p—y area. Always have. Will forever.”

She isn’t kidding, y’all! So much so, that during the 2019 Teen Choice Awards on August 11, Sarah put her KUPA out there for the world to see — including when she performed alongside Jordan McGraw.

“A final thank you to my ever-changing self-confidence for making the decision to not wear Spanx and let my KUPA … shine like the badass bitch she is,” Sarah concluded her Instagram post following the awards show.
