Well aren’t you looking abs-olutely amazing, Sarah Hyland! The 28-year-old looked taught and toned as she stepped out on the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, April 11 ahead of her performance later in the night. Wearing a mid-drift bearing matching set, the Modern Family star gave fans a glimpse at her strong core — not to mention her sparkling diamond ring. After documenting her getting ready process on Instagram earlier in the day, she looked sleek and glamorous while posing for photos.

On the social media site, the celeb showed off her wild bedhead as she headed out to prep for the awards show. Later in the day, she joked that her short, curly hair was “too curly for the curly extensions.” With her long, straight pony, it seems like she and her stylist decided to go in another direction with her look. By the time she stepped out in front of the cameras, she looked totally picture-perfect.

Sarah was set to take the stage to perform after the red carpet — but despite the confident vibes she exuded before the show, it’s clear she was nervous for her big moment. “I’m not terrified to perform with in-ears for the first time ever at the [Teen Choice Awards] … you are,” she joked on her Instagram Story. Earlier in the day, she also posted a photo of her tripping on stage from a few years back. “#Throwback to four years ago at the [TCAs],” she captioned it. “Fingers crossed it doesn’t happen again today.”

Even if it does, though, we’re sure the funny gal will be able to laugh it off. And if she can’t, we bet her fiancé will help her get back on her feet — metaphorically, that is. Though Bachelor Nation alum Wells Adams didn’t walk the carpet with his lady, he’s always been super supportive of her work and her talent. The two got engaged last month after he popped the question while they were on vacation. At the time, Sarah called their love “that can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff ✨❤️” — so you know it’s real.
