Thanksgiving is naturally a time to express your gratitude for your friends and family, but as usual, the Kardashians go a little extra with it. For Thanksgiving 2018, Kourtney Kardashian decided to post a sweet tribute photo of her family to social media and explain her own gratitude for her family… which her baby daddy, Scott Disick, is technically still a part of. Needless to say, Scott’s girlfriend Sofia Richie found the whole thing a little bit awkward… OK, VERY awkward, according to Us Weekly.

On Dec. 6, a source that spoke with Us Weekly had a lot of insight on how Sofia has been dealing with Kourtney’s family’s PDA all over the internet. Sofia was reportedly “uncomfortable” with the Thanksgiving tribute, according to a source close to the couple, but she has also been keeping her head up and “trying not to let it get to her.” We get it, Sof! Big shoes to fill. Must be pretty intimidating.

The family photo Kourtney posted was, admittedly, super sweet and cute. “I woke up this morning in bed with my children, in the same house as my sisters (minus @khloekardashian, I miss you), my brothers, the father of my kids, my mommy, my grandma, my nieces and nephew. I feel beyond grateful. Happy Thanksgiving,” Kourt captioned the photo of her and Scott with their three kids, Mason, Reign, and Penelope. Plus, she and Scott have been pictured together almost more lately than ever. She even posted a photo on Dec. 5 looking sexy on the bed with Scott and Penelope hanging out next to her, with the simple caption, “Coparenting.”

Coparenting

According to the source, the pair are “doing amazingly well” right now, which like, hello! Check out Instagram and you’ll know they’re killing it. “Coparenting couldn’t go better, they’re in a better place than ever,” the source revealed. The fam even went to Bali together in November!

A few nights before the Thanksgiving photo was taken, Sofia, Kourtney, and Scott reportedly went for dinner together in West Hollywood –– undoubtedly trying to keep things cool between Scott’s new babe and his baby mama. An onlooker who spoke to Us Weekly said things at the table were “a little awkward at first, but Sofia and Kourtney started talking to one another and they seemed very civil and seemed to be getting along,” which is always a good thing.

But are Sofia and Kourt really getting along? Things look so-so for now, but at least there haven’t been any full-on blowups just yet!
