Just three months after they tied the knot, Gerry and Theresa announced their split in April 2024. One year later, he revealed that he’s seeing someone new and his girlfriend’s identity has finally been revealed. In light of the new relationship, fans are likely wondering who Gerry’s new girlfriend is.
Who Is Gerry Turner’s Girlfriend Lana?
The former TV personality is dating a woman named Lana, he confirmed to TMZ on April 24, 2025. Not much is known about Lana, though she is a retired teacher and a former part-owner of a video production company. Gerry also shared that she’s in her mid-50s and is very family-oriented.
How Did Gerry Turner Meet His Girlfriend Lana?
The couple first connected when Lana sent Gerry a friend request on Facebook. While they didn’t personally know each other, he accepted the request because they had mutual friends.
Gerry initially ignored the first message that Lana sent him, though she got his attention when she sent a second message that explained she grew up in an Indiana town about 20 minutes from him and is still in the area.
The pair went on their first date in March 2025, and he told the outlet that they have been inseparable ever since. Not only has Lana met his adult kids, Angie and Jenny, and his pickleball friends, but she has also introduced him to some of her children.
Gerry is clearly smitten by Lana, and he told TMZ that he never believed in love at first sight until he met her.
Gerry Turner Announced His New Relationship in April 2025
Before Gerry revealed Lana’s identity, he announced he was seeing someone new during the April 15, 2025, episode of Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt‘s “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast.
“At this point, it’s going well, but I don’t wanna say too much and jinx it. And I’m trying to respectfully get to a point where there’s an acceptable amount of time from my divorce. Maybe that’s an old-fashioned thought, you know, maybe it doesn’t matter as much as I think it does, but to be respectful, I kind of want to slow roll this,” Gerry said, referring to his divorce from Theresa.
While talking about his relationship with Lana, Gerry gushed that she gets along with his daughters. “I think the fun part there is, she has daughters that I really relate to, and her daughter, she relates well to my daughters,” he said. “So we’ve been around each other briefly, but it’s been fun. It’s been a very enjoyable encounter.”
Gerry added that he told Theresa – whom he officially divorce in June 2024 – about his new relationship before he shared the news publicly.
“I think from my side of it, my perspective, I withdrew from her. I felt like maybe I was a source of bad feelings and the negativity that came out of the show and so forth,” he said about his failed marriage to Theresa. “So I kind of avoided talking to her and not out of, you know, ill will or being combative at all. Just, I thought it was better if we gave each other space.”
