At the age of 18, Kendra Wilkinson worked two jobs to pay for 34D breast implants. Now the reality star is contemplating going back under the knife -- but this time she'd be downsizing. Since giving birth to son Hank on Dec. 11, Kendra has grown unhappy with her fuller post-pregnancy chest. "I'd definitely consider getting my boobs redone after breast-feeding," she tells Life & Style. "They're a little too big now. I've considered getting a breast reduction."

In fact, she's already talked over the procedure with her biggest admirer: her husband, Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Hank Baskett. "That's a subject I bring up all the time," she says. "Hank says, 'If you want to do that, that's cool with me.'"

One thing she won't be doing again -- shedding her clothes for a fourth Playboy pictorial. "If I were asked, it'd be a hard decision, but I'd lean toward no," Kendra tells Life & Style. "The Playboy chapter of my life is now closed. I would definitely model, but I don't think I would pose nude. I'm on to the next chapter of being a mom and a wife.""
