In the first of two photos posted to her Instagram feed, the 32-year-old could be seen watching her performance at the annual British music festival while rocking an oversized T-shirt and lounge pants. She was even singing into a handheld fan. In the second pic, she changed into her custom Chloé gown from the fateful night and danced along to her performance. “[Five] ciders in,” she captioned the photo set, adding an OK hand emoji.
Unsurprisingly, the U.K. native is “absolutely living her best life right now” after her incredible weight loss, an insider exclusively told Life & Style in May. “She’s in the best shape she’s ever been in — even she can’t believe how she’s transformed her body.”
How did she do it? Cleaning up her diet was the biggest change for the mother of one. She nixed cups of tea from her daily routine — which she used to take with two spoonfuls of sugar. “Now, she’s all about drinking green juice, eating salads … she loves kale now.” It’s a process, though, and Adele is constantly “educating herself on the right foods to have around the house,” the insider explained. “Seeing the results is what keeps her going.”
Now that the starlet has hit her weight loss “goal,” her next objective is to “keep tightening up her body” through fitness. “She’s even dreaming of running a marathon someday,” the source gushed. “She loves working out now, which she jokes is not something she ever thought would come out of her mouth.”
Her personal trainer, Pete Geracimo, told Us Weekly she “transformed” with every session they worked together and that she grew very fond of boxing sessions. The “Chasing Pavements” singer first debuted her slimmer figure at Drake‘s birthday party in October 2019. A few months later, she flaunted her new look in a little black dress in celebration of her 32nd birthday in May.
“It’s a cliché, but she says she feels like a butterfly,” the insider added. “She’s shedding her old skin and this is who she really is. It’s definitely a metamorphosis.”
