Alex Rodriguez Gushes Over His ‘Beautiful Woman’ Jennifer Lopez: ‘Continue to Shine’
He’s one proud fiancée! Alex Rodriguez gushed on Instagram over Jennifer Lopez and her new role in the upcoming flick Hustlers. The exciting project just began filming and fans already can’t wait to see the movie. She’ll be starring alongside big names like Lili Reinhart, Cardi B and Constance Wu.
“This beautiful woman starts shooting her movie tomorrow, Hustlers,” the former baseball player, 43, wrote on March 24 alongside a photo of the two hugging on a golf course. “I won’t play spoiler, but I can’t wait until you all see how she transforms herself into a completely different character!!”
Hustlers is based on a true story detailed in the article “The Hustlers at Scores” by Jessica Pressler. It’s a “modern Robin Hood Story” that follows a group of strip club employees who con wealthy customers into giving them thousands of dollars. Jennifer has been tirelessly training, including spending lots of time pole dancing, to prepare for her role.
Alex continued his post, “She’s been working so hard lately. I’m glad we were able to enjoy a quick little break before she dives into this new project.” He added that seeing her put in so many hours for her intensive character study is empowering to watch. “Love you baby and continue to shine, fly high and inspire all of us,” he declared.
Needless to say, fans are just as pumped about the movie as the Shark Tank investor. “I just can’t wait to see this one … she’s just amazing in everything she does … Go kick ass!!! Sending love to you all,” one person commented. Someone else nailed it when they said, “She is an inspiration to us all.” Another follower wrote, “J. Lo powerhouse talent of a beautiful woman.”
Although filming literally just started, it already looks like this movie is going to be a total winner.
