What's That Ring?Some New Bling Has ‘BIP’ Fans Thinking Joe Amabile and Kendall Long Are Engaged!
What’s up, guys? Bachelor in Paradise couple Kendall Long and Joe Amabile (a.k.a. Grocery Store Joe) sparked engagement rumors after the blonde beauty was captured in a photo wearing what looked to be an engagement ring. Sorry, Bachelor Nation, as of now, there doesn’t seem to be anything to congratulate the two on … yet.
“Slice of heaven,” the 32-year-old Chicago native captioned a photo on Instagram of his gorgeous makeup-free girlfriend, 27, eating a slice of pizza. Eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice a diamond ring on her hand, which is impressive because the pizza was very distracting. At first glance, it does look like it’s on ~that~ finger but a closer look sadly debunks any engagement theories.
Although the piece of jewelry seems to be a diamond ring, it’s actually on the California girl’s middle finger. Looking back at previous photos of Kendall, that particular ring seemingly pops up a lot which means it must be one of her staple pieces. Sigh. The reality duo just signed a lease together in West Hollywood at the end of April so we’ve been keeping our fingers crossed for an engagement.
They’re not tying the knot anytime soon but they’re extremely happy together. “No, we don’t regret not getting engaged on the show. We take it day by day and we really just enjoy hanging out with each other,” Joe exclusively spilled to Life & Style in December. “We don’t feel any need for that added pressure of an engagement, but we are solid, so you never know.”
The picture-perfect couple is enjoying their time together. “Yeah, we’re just taking it day by day. We want to start traveling together because we really haven’t been able to do much with Dancing With the Stars,” he added while on tour with the competition show. Joe stood by his word because the adorable pair has gone to California, New York, France and more in just a few short months.
Joe hasn’t gotten down on one knee but they are having a blast together, which is way more important. Keep being the cutest, guys!
