Heated Argument

During the Monday, July 15, episode of The Bachelorette, Hannah and Luke discussed sex. “I know you’re not a virgin, you know I am not. I have been abstaining from sex for three to four years. I am saving myself for marriage. I am very confident that we are on the same page with our morals. I want to hear it from your mouth,” he said during the dinner portion of their date.

His Side of the Story

The Georgia native took to Instagram after the episode aired to share his feelings. “It hurt my heart that [Hannah] felt I was shaming her,” he said. “In our conversation, my heart was never to judge or condemn Hannah. I was simply making a decision for myself on what I expected in our relationship, our conversations and our beliefs led me to believe we were on the same page about sex. For me, it was never about getting a rose. It was always about finding a wife who would choose me every day as I would choose her every day.”

Standing Her Ground

The interior designer defended her decision to send Luke home at the Men Tell All taping earlier this month. “I think there is a double standard for me and women. I definitely think there’s a different standard for me and women in general about how we should view our sexuality and intimacy and what is considered ladylike or not,” she told Us Weekly. “We’ve really got to start the conversation, and it’s really important to not make people feel ashamed.”

The final three men left are Jed, Tyler Cameron and Peter Weber. However, the country singer, 25, might have some skeletons in his closet. Jed’s ex-girlfriend Haley Stevens claimed she was dating Jed when he went on the show and said they were supposed to end up together. “We spent the night together the night before he headed to L.A.,” Haley told People of their four-month relationship. “He told me [the show] was just an obstacle, and we’d be stronger on the other side because of it.”

No Haters

Since the news broke, the Nashville transplant hasn’t addressed the situation, but on July 8, he was direct with his Instagram followers about the rumors. “Hi, y’all. Several of you have reached out with messages and questions. Please know I’m not able to answer right now, but as soon as I’m able to, I will,” he wrote. “Until then, I ask that you please understand how much the actions being taken towards myself, my family, the men on the show and above all, Hannah, are affecting all of our mental and physical health. It goes beyond what is said online.”

Giving Him a Chance

It seems like Chris Harrison is giving Jed the benefit of the doubt, though. “I’m going to give Jed his say and give him his time, and then let’s judge,” he told Us Weekly. “Let’s just take it easy for a second and take a step back. Give him time, and then let’s see where it all falls.”

West Coast, Best Coast

The former beauty queen also has fans wondering if she’s moving to Los Angeles. Hannah hasn’t confirmed she is going to the West Coast yet, but a source exclusively told Life & Style that that is where she is headed. “Hannah’s going back to the old Hannah, but at the same time, she’s looking forward to change in her life,” the insider noted. “She just moved to Los Angeles by herself and is in a good spot in her life.”

So, did Hannah get her happily ever after? “I am happy because I’ve learned so much about myself, my strength and my power in what I will and won’t allow in a relationship,” she explained. I am really blessed for this experience.” Hmm … sounds like we will have to wait to hear if she ended up with her Prince Charming or not.
