Britney Spears Flaunts Her Toned Tummy While Holding Hands With Boyfriend Sam Asghari in L.A.

Before we go ahead and gush over Britney’s killer figure, can we please take a moment to giggle over the contrast between the singer’s outfit and Sam’s? Britney looks like she’s going to Bonnaroo, while the handsome 25-year-old opted for a much more, er, put-together ensemble.

Either way, they look cute as heck together! Perhaps it’s because Britney is such a bombshell these days (and always, TBH). As it happens, Britney has been working really hard to maintain her physique as of late. So much so, that she’s constantly giving little fitness updates to her fans on social media.

“Excuse the no makeup and me obnoxiously walking on the treadmill really, really fast,” Britney prefaced a July 16 video of her workout routine. “But right now, I’ve just gone 15 minutes on the treadmill. Usually my base workout is 15 minutes on the treadmill and then I get off and do stretching yoga, arms, a little pilates.”

“Then, I get back on again and do another 15 minutes,” Britney continued. “But today, my challenge is to go 30. Do you think I can do it?” From there, the blonde beauty showcased the rest of her routine, which include dumbbells and other weights.

Of course, Britney’s dedication to her health isn’t just about exercise — it includes a balanced diet, too! Thankfully, her beau is quite the cook.

“I can’t believe I wake up every morning to this man,” Britney captioned an August 3 clip of she and Sam in the kitchen. “Okay, not only is my boyfriend really hot, he’s probably, like, the best chef in the world and he’s showing off right now.”

Sigh. Some ladies just have all the luck, don’t they? Here’s hoping we get to see more sweet moments from Britney and Sam in the near future.
