Getting her sweat on! Britney Spears took to Instagram on Tuesday, July 16, to gives fans a glimpse into her workout routine and the pop star goes hard.

“Excuse the no makeup and me obnoxiously walking on the treadmill really, really fast,” she explained in the clip. “But right now, I’ve just gone 15 minutes on the treadmill. Usually my base workout is 15 minutes on the treadmill and then I get off and do stretching yoga, arms, a little pilates. Then, I get back on again and do another 15 minutes. But today my challenge is to go 30. Do you think I can do it?” From there, she showcased the rest of her workouts, which include dumbbells and other weights.

It looks like the “Toxic” crooner exceeded her goals. “Yes I did my challenge …. but I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the floor. It’s a big a deal for me to stay on the treadmill cause I literally hate it …. so whoop!!!! ” she captioned the post. “P.S. this video was shot today!!!!”

Brit is all about staying fit. On July 2, she shared her go-to trick and tips on healthy eating. “OK, so, I just lost the four pounds I’ve been wanting to lose … but now, these are the fruits and vegetables that I eat to keep it all off,” Britney said in a short clip before sharing a food chart. “I have weak eyes and stress and asthma and headaches. So this chart has helped me so much with those problems and my weight!!! Whoop whoop. As Mother of Pearl would say, it works well for children, too.”

As for Britney’s list of foods? It’s all fruits and veggies: “Apples, cucumbers, kale, ginger, celery, carrots, spinach, cabbage, garlic, lemon, beets, pineapples, bananas, strawberries, pomegranate, grapes, pears, watermelon, oranges and cilantro.”

No wonder Brit looks great!
