Farrah Abraham Flashes Her Toned Tummy in Loose-Fitting Crop Top While Jogging in L.A.

Considering it’s summertime in L.A., we give Farrah a lot of credit for exercising outdoors. After all, an air-conditioned gym sounds way better! As it happens, though, the Ex on the Beach alum is all about pushing herself.

“I always go HAM. It’s summer all year long for me,” Farrah told Life & Style of her fitness regime. Question is, what does that regime entail, exactly? 

Well, when it comes to working out Farrah loves to switch things up! “Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” she explained. 

“I have been doing Pilates,” Farrah added. “I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else.” Hmmm, just stretching sounds pretty doable. Do you think we can just stop there? (Kidding, sort of). 

“There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen,” the brunette babe continued.

Because of Farrah’s dedication to her health, the proud mama has never felt (or looked) better! “I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” Farrah gushed. “I am the happiest.”

Unsurprisingly, fans of the former Teen Mom star are totally feeling Farrah’s newfound confidence and constantly flock to her Instagram to hype her up!

“Damn, girl! Looking good. I wish I made a bathing suit look like that,” one user commented on recent photos of Farrah rocking a tiny gold bikini. “Killing it, Queen Farrah!” added another. “Bottom line is … you are the finest!” a third person chimed in, while a fourth echoed, “You look amazing! I just can’t believe how mean some of the comments are. Who are these individuals that lash out in this way? It seems their biggest issue is looking back at them in the mirror.”

Well said, kind person on Instagram! Farrah is constantly receiving backlash on social media over her outfit choices and it’s so not cool! “Does a photo exist of you in just some jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers or flip flops?” one troll asked. 

Our response to that? If you got it, flaunt it — and considering Farrah *definitely* has it, let her live her best life in peace! Please and thank you.
