Ahead of arriving to the restaurant, both Farrah, 28, and Sophia looked super stylish in their respective #OOTD. The longtime reality star rocked a pair of comfy, yet form-fitting sweats paired with a magenta sports bra, while the preteen sported a printed dress and denim jacket.

Sorry … we have to briefly pause the family bonding to highlight how amazing Farrah’s figure looks these days. It’s clear that she wasn’t kidding when she said she’s been going HAM with the workouts.

“I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” Farrah previously told Life & Style. “I am the happiest.”

“I am not so fit like I was last year,” the Ex on the Beach alum continued. “I am more feminine now. So, I have been enjoying it, I really have been.” Good for you, girl — and of course, Sophia, too. After all, the happier Farrah is with herself, the better mom she’ll be.

Unfortunately, not everyone is convinced that Farrah is a great parent. However, her own mother, Debra Danielsen, recently stepped in to defend her, as well as herself, TBH.

“Honest question: Does it make you feel like you failed as a mom knowing Farrah is selling her body in foreign lands for money?” one of Debra’s Instagram followers inquired on June 26. “I don’t think it’s your fault, but I can’t imagine if my daughter chose this as a profession.”

“I wish [Farrah] could realize money is not that important in the grand scheme of things,” they continued. “[Neither] is being famous or relevant. I wish she would realize this and turn her life around. If not for her, for her daughter.”

“Not at all,” Debra, 61, responded. “God gave us each free will. I don’t do anything but what God puts in my heart,” she continued. “Love, empathy and wisdom are very important in life.”

Unsurprisingly, plenty of Farrah’s fans also jumped in to defend her. “Sex work is real work and shaming people for it is gross. You should worry about your judgmental attitude and focus on your own life. If Farrah’s work bothers you, then don’t follow her life. There are plenty of other people and things to focus on,” one person wrote.
Boom! Take that. Keep being the best mom and provider you can be, Farrah.
