Yowza! Farrah Abraham Flaunts Her Crazy Bikini Bod in a Skimpy Sequin Suit at the Beach

By the looks of this seriously smokin’ bod, who would ever guess the MTV alum has a 10-year-old daughter? Crazy, right?!

But she’s worked pretty hard to keep herself in excellent shape. At New York’s Hemp Garden for the launch of MASK, a CBD beauty mask, the brunette beauty told Life & Style about her intensive workout regimen.

“Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” the mama revealed. “I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else.”

Trying new things when it comes to fueling your body is key! “There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen,” she explained.

Plus, she knows she’s killing the game when it comes to her fitness. “I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” she gushed. “I am the happiest.” Confidence is everything.

She also acknowledged her body’s changes — and the better she feels for them. “I am not so fit like I was last year. I am more feminine now,” she dished. “So, I have been enjoying it, I really have been.”

Not only did the one-time Ex on the Beach contestant talk fitness, she also talked self-confidence. Turns out, she’s got quite a few good tips to take her lead on when it comes to boosting your self-worth.

“I think our daily affirmations they really work,” Farrah explained. “Keep telling yourself good things!”

“Keep going higher and push yourself,” she encouraged. “Today is the day to keep it moving and we have a lot of positive stuff in 2019.”
