It’s no secret that Kourtney Kardashian is a very health-conscious eater. She frequently goes on and off the Keto diet, eats only organic and gluten-free and sticks to all-natural when she can. She’s divulged on Poosh that she adores easy, high-protein bites like hardboiled eggs and string cheese but will also snack on a green smoothie.
The ingredients for her mixture include: 1/2 frozen banana, 1⁄2 medium cored apple, 1⁄2 medium pitted avocado, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 scoop collagen peptides, 1 cup dark leafy greens and 8 ounces unsweetened almond or coconut milk. Throw it all into a blender and combine.

The model admitted that she had a problem grazing all day once she had kids. “I used to be a picker. Now, I’ll literally prepackage my snacks,” she told Delish. “I think the biggest pitfall I’ve had, in terms of being a mom, is eating my kids’ snacks, then eating a double dinner, because you’re constantly feeding them, and then you’re feeding you, so I try to plan things out more.”
What does she keep on hand? Her faves include Greek yogurt and dried mango and banana chips.

Julianne Hough
The dancer loves green juices chock-full of fruits and veggies. “Whatever’s in my fridge, I’ll just throw in. I usually like it a little sweeter, less bitter, so I put in a green apple, some spinach, kale. Again, if I want it sweeter, I’ll put some carrots in. But I love ginger and lemon, too, so I’ll put that in. Cucumber, celery, anything green, really. Sometimes I’ll add beets, depending on my mood,” she told Redbook.

Jennifer Lawrence
This one might be a bit controversial, but Jennifer Lawrence admitted that she keeps Slim Jims in her purse for whenever she starts getting peckish. Yes, it’s a lot of additives and sodium, but it’s high-protein, quick and low carb. If you’re going to go this route, look for something without a lot of added sugar and preservatives.
