Josh Hall Debuts Adorable New Puppy Amid His Bitter Divorce From Christina Hall: ‘My Duo’
Josh Hall has a new addition to his family amid his divorce from Christina Haack (formerly Christina Hall).
The real estate agent, 44, shared a video of his adorable new puppy on his Instagram Stories on Thursday, January 16. The black and white mastiff pup walked up to Josh’s older white mastiff dog, Stella, who wagged her tail and sniffed her new friend.
“My duo,” Josh wrote over the video with a red heart emoji.
In addition to sharing the clip of his dogs interacting, Josh was tagged in a video of himself snuggling up to his new pup, whose name appears to have been changed from Frankie to Odin.
“B R A N D E D family. Please welcome our newest L I F E R S, @unbrokenjosh and F R A N K I E (ODIN)!!!” the caption read.
The new family member comes amid Josh’s messy divorce from Christina, 41, which began when they both filed for dissolution of marriage in July 2024. Since then, the exes have sparred on social media and in legal documents as they attempt to reach a divorce settlement. However, Christina claimed that she and Josh were “not even close” to the end of their battle during the January 9 episode of Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live.
“We’re going to be going to trial I hear,” she said, claiming that Josh “doesn’t want to do mediation.”
“It’s going to be fun,” the Flip or Flop star sarcastically continued. “Can’t wait.”
In her divorce filing, Christina requested that neither she nor Josh be granted spousal support. Meanwhile, Josh asked to receive spousal support and requested that the court terminate the court’s ability to grant alimony to Christina. He also asked that his ex pay his attorney fees.
“[The court hasn’t] ordered me yet but he’s been asking me [for money],” Christina claimed in her interview. “I’ve already had to give a little something but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live and he bought a Bentley but he also doesn’t have a job so.”
Josh’s spokesperson responded to Christina’s interview in a statement to Us Weekly.
“Hall is not available for comment, as he’s continuing to live his life in the present and celebrating his beautiful new girlfriend’s birthday,” the statement read. “With that said, it’s sad Christina must resort to low blows about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new boyfriend and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’ We wish Christina the best.”
Josh’s rep concluded, “Christina knows nothing about Josh’s life, and it’s sad she keeps speculating. Her accusations are baseless.”
Josh moved on with girlfriend Stephanie Gabrys amid his divorce from Christina, confirming his relationship via his Instagram Stories on January 13.
“Happy birthday to this real life [angel emoji],” he captioned a photo of the model sitting on his lap in front of a fire pit.
A source told Us Weekly about Josh’s romance on January 10, revealing that he “met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for some time.”
“Josh wasn’t trying to date, but he met someone, and it was a perfect match,” the insider continued. “He hasn’t made a show of the relationship, but it’s not a secret. Josh is just low-key. He is very happy with his life and looking forward to 2025 and what’s on the horizon. This is the happiest he’s been in some time.”
