New year, new music! Justin Timberlake kicked off 2018 by announcing the release of his new album, Man of the Woods. In a teaser video he shared on social media, the 36-year-old singer revealed the inspiration behind his new music.

"This album is really inspired by my son, my wife, my family, but moreso than any other album I’ve written, where I’m from. And it’s personal,” Justin says in the clip, which also features wife Jessica Biel and two-year-old son Silas. In a voiceover, Jessica can be heard gushing about her hubby's album, adding, "It feels like the mountains, like the trees, campfires, like the wild west, like now."

It looks like the Tennessee native teamed up with his longtime collaborator Pharrell Williams for the album, which is set for release on Feb. 2. "It feels so earthy. It's just where you're at in your life right now," Pharrell exclaims. "That is a smash." Justin also announced that a new song will be released this Friday — and we already know it's going to be a hit. As expected, his fans could not contain their excitement on social media. "WHAT! I’M ALREADY IN LOVE," one follower wrote before another added, "Greatest new year gift we could have received."

This will be the fifth studio album for the former 'NSYNC member. Last month, TMZ revealed Justin filed trademarks for the phrases "Man of the Woods" and "Fresh Leaves," which could be the name of his next single. The timing could not have been better for Justin, who is set to perform during the Super Bowl halftime show next month.

"It's been a long time since I've had the opportunity to grace the Super Bowl halftime stage," he said shortly after the announcement. "And to be quite honest, there's a lot going on in the world today. The word unity keeps popping up in my mind, you know. And all the symbolism that everything represents in the world. I feel honored to try to take the opportunity to do something that unifies people." We can't wait!
