Gorgeous! Kaitlyn Bristowe and Chrishell Stause Look Strong and Fit on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Set

It’s on! Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe and Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause looked strong and fit on the Dancing With the Stars set on Wednesday, September 2. The ladies are competing during season 29 and appear to already be training hard with their partners, who will be revealed during the season premiere on Monday, September 14.

Kaitlyn, 35, flaunted her rock hard abs in a patterned sports bra, black workout pants and dark sunglasses as she arrived to rehearsals. Although the Bachelor Nation babe said she was a bit nervous about the “competition” from the other cast members on Good Morning America, she’s been training her mind and body to get ready for the ballroom. 

“I’ve been working so hard on my mental and physical health over the last 14 weeks,” the Spade and Sparrows creator said via Instagram along with a photo of her amazing transformation. “My body at 35 feels strong and ready to dance. All I keep saying is, ‘Please don’t get sent home night one after all this work.’ Hahah, but I’m glad I have had the motivation to work toward something.” 

She added, “I always think of myself as a hard worker, who also plays hard, and I’m just ready for this next chapter!!! You guys know I never post body pics, but I’m proud.”

All the stars are preparing for week 1, which is fast approaching. Chrishell, 39, said she was “equal parts excited and completely terrified” during an interview with Entertainment Tonight on September 2, but she looked happy and ready to work while arriving on set in a pink tank top.

As for her partner, the real estate babe teased he “looks like Patrick Swayze,” which could narrow it down to pros Sasha Farber, Pasha Pashkov or even Val Chmerkovskiy.

Either way, the newly single starlet, who recently went through a public split from husband Justin Hartley, is ready to take on the challenge. “Listen, I’ve already fallen flat on my face in front of America already, so I really got that out of the way,” she joked about joining the reality dance competition. “I don’t have anything else to lose, so it’s only going up from here!”

The Days of Our Lives actress is looking ahead to “a new chapter” and something positive.” She explained, “An experience I can kinda throw myself into and just kind of learn a new skill and have fun at the same time. I have no dance experience, so it’s going to at least be a laugh for all of us.”
