Kim Kardashian Shares CBD Baby Shower Throwbacks, Says Baby No. 4 Is ‘Calm and Chill’
Now that baby No. 4 is here, Kim Kardashian decided to grace us with some throwback photos from her incredibly ~zen~ CBD baby shower — in honor of how totally “chill” the new Kardashian-West baby is, according to the four-time mama.
“We celebrated our baby boy about a week ago and now he’s here! He’s so perfect! Here are some pics of my CBD baby shower,” she captioned a series of eight shots from her relaxing party. “I was freaking out for nothing because he is the most calm and chill of all of my babies so far and everyone loves him so much.”
On April 26, her guests sat around her on yoga mats in a large circle as she spoke about why she wanted to have a ~cannabis~ themed bash as little North West clung to her leg. “It’s just been how I survive in life. So, since I’m freaking out because the baby is coming in like, two weeks, I thought what better way to celebrate than have a little CBD and we’re gonna do a sound bath,” the 38-year-old said in a video posted to pal Larsa Pippen‘s Instagram Stories.
“Cause I can’t meditate. This will only be ten minutes but I thought it would be just like, cool for us to do. To zen out on a Saturday,” she continued, which was met with applause from friends and fam. “So, everyone have a puff or put on some oil!” We loved the almost mystical side of this party — including the sound bath was a great choice.
In another vid, she got candid on having a fourth baby shower — which some fans gave her some flack for. “I thought it was kind of ridiculous to have a fourth baby shower,” she said, to which mom Kris Jenner interjected, “I had six!”
She continued, “But I thought, I’m freaking the f—k out, having a fourth kid, so.” We get it, girl! Even though you’ve done it a few times before, it probably never gets less nerve-wracking in the lead-up.
In some guest vids, we got a glimpse of the products being used for topical treatments like massages, and even some knowledge from reps of the CBD brand. Host Maria Menounos was seen in one video getting educated and commenting on her calm ~state of mind~ post-treatment.
Guests also picked their own flowers to create arrangements, something Meghan Markle did at one of her many baby showers back in February. So cute and chill. Kimmy definitely found her moment of true tranquility before baby No. 4 in this sweet little party.
