‘Glee’ Alum Lea Michele Shares 1st Glimpse of Baby Boy Ever Leo on Her Birthday
Is that you, baby Ever Leo? Glee alum Lea Michele shared a first glimpse of her newborn son on August 29, which also happened to be her birthday.
“34,” the A-lister captioned the sweet photo of herself holding her baby boy as she prepared to blow out the candles on her chocolate birthday cake. The singer also shared several snapshots of various floral bouquets she received for her special day on her Instagram Stories.
Life & Style confirmed Lea’s sweet son — whom she shares with husband Zandy Reich — arrived on August 20. “Everyone’s happy and healthy, and they’re extremely grateful. He’s been an easy baby so far,” an insider told Us Weekly at the time.
On August 26, the Broadway alum revealed her baby boy’s name with a sweet Instagram post. “ForEver grateful for this true blessing,” Lea captioned a black and white photo of her and her husband, 37, holding their tiny tot’s foot.
Lea and Zandy started dating in 2017 after meeting at a mutual friend’s wedding. “It’s kind of crazy,” she gushed at a Zola event in February 2019. “They always say, ‘It will happen when you least expect it. It will happen when you least expect it!’ They had their siblings as their best man and maid of honor, but we were sort of the closest in the friend area, and we sat next to each other.”
Lea originally connected with her beau because he was unlike any of her previous boyfriends. “She loves that he’s not an actor and has no desire to be in the spotlight,” an insider told Life & Style. “She appreciates how kind Zandy is, and she loves that he knows fashion.” The businessman is also the president of clothing company AYR.
The pair tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Northern California in March 2019. Lea revealed she and her hubby were expecting their first child just over a year later. “So grateful,” the singer captioned a photo of herself showing off her growing baby bump in April 2020.
