Royals, they’re just like us! Oh wait, except they’re not — at all. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had to wait almost a full month following the royal wedding to indulge in a little ~private~ honeymoon time. Talk about building anticipation, huh?

The newly minted Duchess of Sussex and her husband traveled to East Africa for their Royal honeymoon and visited more than two countries while there, a source close to the couple told E! News. “It was the perfect break and blend of their passions,” the source revealed. “Restorative and the perfect holiday before starting a very busy second half of 2018.”

Busy, indeed! Since Meghan and Harry got married on May 19, the duo has attended a number of royal events — including Prince Charles’ 70th birthday party. Naturally, Meghan has looked perfectly stunning at every outing. Though, the 36-year-old has received quite a bit of backlash over her fashion choices of late.

During her first-ever Trooping the Colour event, the brunette beauty stepped out in an off-the-shoulder dress by Carolina Herrera. Needless to say, royal fans lost their minds — calling her everything from an “attention w—e,” to “classless.”

Regardless, Meghan remained ever-poised, proving that she’s every bit as royal as the family she married into. In fact, on June 14, the former Suits actress had her very first solo outing with her new grandmother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth.
