It looks like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are already getting things ready for their bundle of joy! Like with any pregnancy, planning ahead is a huge requirement, but even more so when you’re part of the royal family. That’s why Meghan and Harry are reportedly hiring a nanny to ensure everything runs smoothly by the time their baby arrives in the springtime.

According to Heat magazine, Connie Simpson, also known as Nanny Connie, has been recommended to the Duke and Duchess by George and Amal Clooney. Other high-profile clients of hers include celebrities such as John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, as well as Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake, who  consider Connie to be a “baby whisperer.” In her thirty years of working as a nanny, Connie has made a huge difference on the lives of so many parents and children and now, the royal couple are reportedly trusting her to do the same with them for the first few months of parenthood.

What stands out most about Connie, is her approach to her job. She considers herself to be not only a caretaker, but also a “life coach.”

“I’ll tell Meghan that, in all the things you can give a person, the most important thing you can give them is yourself and your love. The baby is going to have no earthly idea that she’s Meghan Markle, or that she’s Prince Harry’s wife and in line to the throne. They will know her for being the one to supply milk and give comfort,” she told Heat magazine.

While it’s normal for the royal family to have nannies, Meghan and Harry are breaking out of the norm and going in a different direction than Prince William and Kate, whose three children have had a completely different caretaker. Expected to help Meghan and Harry out is Meghan’s mom Doria, who will move to London and lend an extra hand when the baby arrives. The parents-to-be are doing their own thing and we’re so here for it!
