Penelope is especially close to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s oldest daughter, North West. The two are less than a year apart in age and share many mutual interests, including beauty and fashion, and Kris is all for it. “Spending time with Penelope and North reminds her of when Kim and Kourtney were young girls, they would do the same things,” the source added. “She’ll let them try on her shoes and jewelry and walk around the house.”

While the rest of Kris’ children don’t mind the momager’s sweet gesture, Kourtney isn’t a huge fan. “She spoils them all rotten,” a second insider admitted. “Kourtney would rather her mom spend quality time with her kids than buy them stuff they don’t need. They already have more than enough. It’s a constant struggle for Kris, she wants to give them the world.”
