S’cute! Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan praised each other’s parenting skills on their African tour — five months after welcoming baby Archie.

During a bonding exercise at the Waves for Change event in Cape Town on Tuesday, September 24, the former Suits star, 38, said her strength was “parenting,” adding that her husband, 35, is “the best dad,” according to royal reporter Rebecca English. Harry then replied, “Ah, she’s the best mum.” Aww.

Archie, whose full name is Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, skipped out on the couple’s first destination — the District Six Museum — but Harry explained his absence. “He’s sleeping,” he said, before clarifying that his baby boy is “not grouchy, just exhausted.” Fair enough, TBH.

Luckily, it sounds like the new parents have an A+ kiddo. A source disclosed to Life & Style that “Archie rarely cries,” and “he sleeps throughout the night.” They added that he’s already reaching new milestones. “At nearly five months, he’s already sitting up without any support for a few seconds, holding his toy bricks and Harry’s convinced that he can recognize himself in the mirror.” In addition, Archie and Harry already bond and play games. “He giggles away when Harry plays Peek-a-boo with him,” the insider added. Nothing like a lil father-son time!

On September 6, the royals released details of their trip to the public. “Today, we are excited to be able to announce details for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s upcoming tour to Africa!” the Instagram post read. “In just two weeks, Their Royal Highnesses will embark on this official tour focusing on community, grassroots leadership, women’s and girls’ rights, mental health, HIV/AIDS and the environment. This programme has been many months in the making, and The Duke and Duchess are eager to focus their energies on the great work being done in Southern Africa.”

The tour kicked off on Monday, September 23, with its first stop in Cape Town’s Nyanga township. During their visit, Meghan spoke candidly with the people. “On one personal note, may I just say that while I am here with my husband as a member of the royal family, I want you to know that for me, I am here as a mother, as a wife, as a woman, as a woman of color and as your sister,” she told them. “I am here with you, and I am here for you.”

A separate insider revealed that Meg was ready to get back into the workforce, even though she loves spending time with her little man. “Now that Meghan’s maternity leave has come to an end, she’s having to create a healthy balance between work and family life. She treasures every moment she spends with Archie, who is the most adorable, happy, sweet-natured baby. Harry and Meghan say they couldn’t have asked for a more perfect son.”
