Sofia Richie’s Latest Go-To Hairstyle Is Giving Us *Major* Ariana Grande Vibes
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery … even in Hollywood! Sofia Richie took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, September 4, to share some behind-the-scenes footage from her latest glam session. In the two clips, the 21-year-old model was getting her hair done and we don’t know about y’all, but the look screamed Ariana Grande.
As it happens, this isn’t the first time that Sofia was spotted rocking a high ponytail. In fact, Scott Disick’s ladylove first debuted her Ari-like ‘do on August 24, while celebrating her birthday in Las Vegas.
Considering Sofia has always played it pretty safe with her gorgeous locks, we have to wonder what caused her to want to switch things up. Could it be because her new BFF Kylie Jenner is the queen of versatile hairstyles? Hmmm, seems likely! After all, Sofia and the KUWTK star, 22, are as thick as thieves these days.
“Sofia and Kylie get along like best girlfriends. Super high energy,” an eyewitness at Sofia’s epic birthday bash dished to Life & Style. “Kylie was celebrating her for her b-day, so when they were dancing she was playing around with her like a little sister. She picked her up and was swinging her around.”
Unsurprisingly, Lord Disick is A-OK with Kylie and Sofia’s blossoming friendship. “Scott is really happy that Sofia and Kylie have become so close again because it means that Sofia has been further accepted in the family,” a source recently told Us Weekly.
Accepted, indeed! But don’t expect that to lead to an engagement for the longtime couple just yet. “Scott feels like, ‘Why change something if it is working?’” a second insider told the publication.
Sigh. Fair enough, Scott! In the meantime, we’ll be here fawning over Sofia’s hair.
