Tyler Cameron Steps Out Solo During NYFW After Supporting Gigi Hadid At Her Grandma’s Funeral
Solo outing! After supporting Gigi Hadid during her grandmother’s funeral in the Netherlands on September 5, Tyler Cameron popped up in New York City for a Fashion Week event later the same day. The former Bachelorette contestant attended the swanky soiree by himself, although Gigi and her sister, Bella Hadid, were also both in the Big Apple for Fashion Week events.
The 27-year-old aspiring model looked dapper in a simple black suit at The Daily Front Row’s 2019 Fashion Media Awards. He added a fresh touch by sporting a plain white T-shirt underneath instead of a more formal button-down. We imagine he was pretty jet-lagged but you definitely wouldn’t guess it. Although the two haven’t publicly confirmed their relationship, they’ve been spotted hanging out multiple times over the past month.
It’s pretty incredible — and speaks high volumes about his budding romance with the model — that he made such a quick turnaround after flying halfway around the world. “Tyler is a supportive guy. He is there for the people he cares about and will do whatever he can for them,” a source exclusively told Life & Style about the Florida native. “Tyler’s the type of guy who will try his best to make someone smile during a tough time. Things seem to be going well, they are definitely enjoying their time together,” the insider added.
As for Gigi, she was probably happy to have someone to lean on to mourn her “Oma Ans” (real name Ans van den Herik), who passed away on August 30 at 78. The blonde bombshell wrote a lengthy post to celebrate the impact her grandmother had on her life. “OUR QUEEN ANGEL fought cancer six times in her life with courage, strength and grace while being the greatest mother and grandmother,” she wrote on a series of photos of them together at Gigi’s farm. “She is an honorable guide we will carry with us forever. We love you more than words, our beautiful wonderful Oma.”
We’re glad Tyler and Gigi found each other.
