Four couples make it to the last rose ceremony, but only three of them get engaged during the Paradise finale, according to Reality Steve. While some duos are solid from the very beginning, there are actually a lot of shake-ups throughout the season.

Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour hit it off from the get-go. The contestant from Hannah Brown‘s season gave a rose to the blonde beauty during the very first elimination ceremony and stayed committed to her through the whole process. Despite a little drama with Blake Horstmann, they are head-over-heels in love.

Bachelor in Paradise Hannah Godwin and Dylan Harbour Engaged
ABC (2)

The trouble Hannah G. and Dylan’s relationship went through happened during the first few weeks on the beach because of Blake (and a country music festival). The finalist from Becca Kufrin‘s season found himself in an awkward position when it surfaced that he hooked up with Caelynn Miller-Keyes and his ex Kristina Schulman during Stagecoach Music Festival in April. He also hung out with Tayshia Adams during the same weekend, who he took on one date during Paradise. In addition, before the show aired, he flew out to Alabama to visit Hannah G. because they were mutually interested in each other.

However, he missed his chance. Before the second rose ceremony, Blake told Caelynn and Tayshia that he wanted to pursue Hannah G., but she was already cozy with Dylan and refused. From there on out, Dylan and the reality babe are attached at the hip for the rest of the season and get engaged.

Bachelor in Paradise Katie Morton Chris Bukowski engaged
ABC (2)

The second couple to get engaged is Katie Morton and Bachelor Nation veteran Chris Bukowski. During the first elimination ceremony, the beauty from Colton Underwood‘s season received a rose from Wills Reid. Around the same time, Annaliese Puccini told Chris that she’s only there for him, but he shuts that down quickly because he didn’t want to get tied down too fast.

After the second rose ceremony, Chris and Katie hit it off and bonded over an emotional conversation. They hit a bump in the road after he went on a date with Jen Saviano — which Katie encouraged him to go on — but their short romance ends there. Katie and Chris decided to be exclusive and they spent the rest of the season exchanging roses until he got down on one knee during the finale.

Bachelor in Paradise Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty engaged

The final couple was a bit of a plot twist earlier this season. Demi Burnett was shown in the trailers gushing about her relationship with a mystery woman. She was later revealed as Kristian Haggerty and had not previously appeared in the franchise. Kristian is the roommate and longtime friend of Catherine Agro, a contestant who competed for Colton’s heart along with Demi. According to Reality Steve, Demi and Kristian started dating last winter after being introduced by Catherine. Their relationship is very serious and they get engaged during the finale.

Good luck to all the Paradise couples this season!
