Kat Hibbard may have lost a significant amount of weight (121 pounds!) while on the third season of The Biggest Loser, but her experience wasn't exactly a positive one.
After being "fat-shamed" and ridiculed for her size by the trainers on the show, she's reportedly penning a tell-all book, entitled 'Too Fat, Too Thin, Can't Win,' which will reveal what goes on behind closed doors.
"[The trainers] would say things to contestants like, 'You’re going to die before your children grow up. You’re going to die, just like your mother. We’ve picked out your fat-person coffin,'" she told 'The New York Post.'
And although the show claims health is their biggest concern, one trainer allegedly told another contestant to take up smoking to curb her appetite!
"The whole f---ing show is a fat-shaming disaster that I’m embarrassed to have participated in," she said.
Hibbard weighed in on potential book rumors herself, by writing on her Facebook page, "Like most things reported in the media, this is sort of correct. I hope more than a 'tell all' that when all is said and done it stands as a statement on the media, society and how shame is not a motivator but a paralytic from someone who has regretfully been there and done that."
