There’s no denying that Kate Middleton is a natural beauty. However, two plastic surgery experts, who have not treated the duchess, think that she’s maintained her lovely looks with the help of Botox. The royal is always expected to look flawless, so we can’t blame her for potentially recruiting a little help. The Palace released a statement denying that Kate has had any ~tune-ups~ so we’ll let you be the judge.

“I’m fairly certain that she’s had Botox or some other neuromodulator to her crow’s feet area,” Dr. Manish Shah, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon from Denver, hypothesized about the 37-year-old. Part of Dr. Shah’s logic has to do with one of Kate’s signature facial expressions. “She doesn’t wrinkle at all, even with her beaming smile!”

While we would love to credit the mom-of-three’s beauty to a good moisturizer and even better genes, New York City Plastic Surgeon Dr. Matthew Schulman also believes it’s highly unlikely that a doctor isn’t behind her good looks. “Kate seems to have become the poster child for Botox recently,” Dr. Schulman told Life & Style. “It would be virtually impossible to eliminate the lines around her eyes that occur with deep smiling, without Botox injections.” He added, “This shows the nice improvement you can get with modest Botox use, even in young women. She looks great, without looking fake.”

The Royals addressed this topic in a statement on July 24 after Dr. Munir Somji of the Dr. Medi Spa Clinic in the London posted side-by-side photos of the duchess with a caption alluding to her getting “baby botox.” A spokesman for the Palace said that it was “categorically not true.” They also noted, “In addition, The Royal Family never endorse commercial activity.”

In addition to a maybe having a few cosmetic procedures, the duchess keeps her glow by eating healthy and cooking for herself. “They have a small household and can fend for themselves,” a source said about their habits. She shares three children with Prince William —  Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 10 months — who also dine on her culinary creations.

She keeps her slim figure by maintaining a low carb diet chock full of healthy lean proteins. She’s said to start her mornings with a kale, spinach, romaine lettuce, coriander, and blueberry smoothie that includes spirulina — a superfood packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals.

Whatever you’re doing, Kate, it’s working!
