That’s a wrap on the barbeque grill. Ariana Grande recently got the palm of her hand inked, and it didn’t say exactly what she expected it to. The Tattoo That Shook The Internet.
The 25-year-old took to Instagram to show off her newest tattoo by Los Angeles based artist Kane Navasard that she wanted to say “7 Rings” in honor of her new song.

Japenese-speaking fans were quick to note that the design actually spelled “shichirin” in Japanese Kanji, which is a type of grill for barbequing meats and veggies.

She Had An Explanation.
“It hurt like f—k [and] still looks tight. I wouldn’t have lasted one more symbol,” the songstress explained. She added that the placement of the ink meant it would fade quickly, but she was “curious” about how bad it hurt. She certainly found out!
