Ariana Grande’s Ex-Boyfriend Is Seemingly Joining Her On Tour and We’re All Like WTF?
Thank u, please come on tour? It looks like Ariana Grande may be bringing her ex-boyfriend Ricky Alvarez on tour with her and it’s … confusing. The two left fans a series of social media breadcrumbs to follow, and it definitely looks like we’ll be seeing our favorite exes back on tour together.
The 25-year-old posted a plethora of now-deleted photos of herself in a flower-patterned raincoat with super-sharp winged eyeliner and some sparkling highlight across her cheekbone. Although the “Imagine” singer has since taken it off her feed, it still remains on two Instagram accounts. The 26-year-old dancer still has the photos up and @allthingsmean, the professional performer’s photography page, also kept the snaps posted.
Obviously, Ari’s ex is a supportive friend of the tour and is most likely the one who photographed those promotional pics of her. However, there is an even more obvious clue. The dance guru posted a photobooth pic with some friends that featured the “7 Rings” logo in the corner. The “Sweetener” songstress commented, “The best team … See y’all on touuuur.”
While it may seem a little suspect that two exes may go on tour together, the pair actually has a great friendship.
They’ve been spending a lot of time together and have shown a lot of love for each other on social media. While people started speculating that a romance was brewing, the pop diva assured people they were just longtime pals in a comment on Instagram. “We’re friends everyone take a big ol breather,” she wrote.
However, a source exclusively told Life & Style that friends of the “God Is A Woman” songstress aren’t convinced. “While she’s not calling it a romance, some of her friends surely think she’s kick-started something that’s deeper than friendship,” the source revealed. “She won’t even say that they’re friends with benefits, but it doesn’t matter, he’s been hanging out with her and she’s happy.”
