*Drumroll, please!* The next leading lady on The Bachelorette will be Alabama native Hannah Brown and we officially can’t wait for the new season. There has been a huge question mark over who would take the reigns because there were so many strong contenders from Colton Underwood‘s season. However, there can only be one and this starlet is ready for her chance to find love.
“I feel all the emotions but honestly, I am just really grateful for this opportunity,” Hannah told Chris Harrison during The Bachelor finale aftershow. “My family has been really supportive of me and just they have made me who I am and so they trust me and love me and ultimately want me to have love too.”
Fans were rallying for Alabama native Hannah Brown to be given her own season. People thought she was extremely genuine and didn’t come off as rehearsed. The beauty queen also seemed very adamant to find the right relationship.
Reality Steve tweeted that there were rumblings that Bachelor Nation would get their wish. “Obviously, it’s possible things can still change last minute, but I don’t expect that to happen this time. Announcement will officially be made on the ATFR [After the Final Rose] next week, but I can report Hannah B. is gonna be your next Bachelorette,” Reality Steve tweeted on March 4. Considering all 14 of the previous Bachelorettes finished within the final four of their season, Hannah being chosen is a very big deal.
There was a crazy rumor that a certain reality queen would be taking over. Show creator Mike Fleiss heavily implied that Khloé Kardashian was in talks to become the next show lead. He started the rumors when he claimed he was “in contention” with the KUWTK starlet. Her sister Kim clapped back at the rumors by tweeting, “Fake f—king news big time!!!!”
The producer claimed that the KKW beauty mogul was out of the loop and alleged that he was in talks with Kris Jenner and Khloé about the opportunity. At that point, the denim designer stepped in. “I’m not f—king clickbait right now,” she wrote to the creator. “Stop or you will be hearing from my lawyers. How insensitive!!!” Basically, a Kardashian–Bachelor crossover will probably never happen.
However, we do have a new Bachelorette and she will be fab. Congrats!
