Putting in work! Jessica Simpson and her husband, Eric Johnson, just welcomed their third child into the world on March 19. Surprisingly, the newly minted mom of three is already looking forward to getting back into the gym. The singer reportedly has put plans in place to get into a new routine once she recovers from giving birth. Now that’s a motivated mama!

A source exclusively told Life & Style magazine that the 38-year-old “hired a personal trainer to put together a strict diet and exercise regimen for her to follow once she gets back on her feet.” From swollen ankles to broken toilet seats, the blonde beauty definitely had a bit of a tough pregnancy but it was all worth it for the arrival of her new daughter. The couple shares two other children — daughter Maxwell Drew, 6, and son Ace Knute Johnson, 5.

According to the songbird’s sister, Ashlee Simpson, the new mom is doing “amazing” and “so great” after delivering her third baby. “Oh my gosh, she is so cute. Little Birdie,” the 34-year-old gushed to Daily Pop on March 22. “She’s got these, like, adorable cheeks.”

“Birdie Mae Johnson, 3.19.19, 10 pounds 13 ounces,” the “Irresistible” singer announced on social media alongside a sweet black-and-white photo of her newborn holding hands with one of her other children.

A plethora of the couple’s celebrity friends rallied to congratulate the famous family on their new addition. Busy Phillips wrote, “Welcome to the world baby Birdie,” while January Jones added, “Awww!!! Yay!!!” Lena Dunham chimed in, “I am always happier for you than literally anyone I actually know!! I root for you forever!!”

Jessica looks gorgeous at any size, no matter when she decides to get back to the gym. In the meantime, we hope she’s enjoying plenty of quality time with baby Birdie.
