She’s not holding back! Millions of people tuned in to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding on Saturday, May 19 — including music icon Katy Perry. But unlike most of the world, the 33-year-old didn’t like the royal’s wedding dress.

“I would have done one more fitting,” Katy told Entertainment Tonight of Meghan’s gown. “I’m never not going to tell the truth! One more fitting, but I love you.” Meghan’s Givenchy double bonded silk cady dress was long sleeve and featured a beateau neckline, long train, and stunning veil to go with it.

Her dress was similar to her sister-in-law Kate Middleton’s in many ways, however, they were different as well. The main difference? Kate’s gown was made of all lace, and her train was a tad bit longer than Meghan’s. And Katy couldn’t help but admit that she liked Kate’s better. “Kate, Kate, Kate won, Kate won!” she confessed to the news outlet.

But regardless of her opinion on Meghan’s style choice for her big day, she still had some nice things to say. “I’m so happy for them, and, you know, I don’t know them from Adam, but it’s amazing what she’s doing with all this, her humanitarian efforts,” she said. “You know, the fact that she’s a proud feminist, I love all that. I support her as another woman and love her and wish them both well.”

Her fellow Amerian Idol judge Lionel Richie also reflected on the royal nuptials in a positive way. “I remember when [Princess Diana] had them, Lady Di, and it was amazing. Now to see them both married and kids, well not yet, but married,” the 68-year-old said of Prince Harry and his older brother, Prince William. “She would be very proud. I must tell you, I mean, it’s a moment in time, but I’m glad to see they’re moving on as young men now, as family men. I love that.”
