Kelly Osbourne Shows Off Incredible Weight Loss While Out to Dinner With Friends at Craig’s

Get it, girl. Kelly Osbourne was spotted showing off her incredible weight loss while heading to dinner with friends at West Hollywood hotspot Craig’s on August 13. The 35-year-old looked cute and casual in jeans, a Chanel bomber jacket and pink Converse sneakers. She also rocked a face covering.

The former reality star has been all about flaunting her epic 85-pound weight loss lately. On August 12, she shared a selfie while eating her “first meal” in her “new home.” A few days earlier, the Osbournes alum bragged on her Instagram Stories about being a size 26. “Yes, I’m bragging because I worked hard and it feels good!!” she wrote on August 8.

On August 6, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne‘s daughter confirmed her huge weight loss during a sweet comment convo with The Real cohost Jeannie Mai‘s mother, Olivia TuTram Mai, on Instagram. “Oh my gosh, you lost a lot of weight,” Olivia commented on one of Kelly’s photos. “That’s right, Mamma Mai. I lost 85 pounds since I last saw you. Can you believe it?” the View geust host replied.

Needless to say, the former Fashion Police host “feels like a new person” since slimming down, an insider exclusively told Life & Style. “After years of fad eating plans and yo-yo dieting, Kelly has finally realized what works for her,” the source dished. “She’s embraced her vegan diet and she incorporates weights into her exercise routine, which includes a lot of walking.”

The longtime vegan “credits a total change about how she thinks about food” for her ability to keep off the pounds, the insider explained. “Kelly loves cooking now more than ever and she says it helps if she avoids eating anything boring.”

Plus, the former musician is being kinder to herself — which has gone a long way when it comes to her health journey. “Kelly doesn’t obsess about her body anymore and once she stopped beating herself up and concentrated on healthier choices, the pounds just started coming off,” the source gushed.

Kelly started working on weight loss in 2009 during her appearance on Dancing With the Stars, but it wasn’t until going vegan in 2012 that she was able to keep the pounds off.
