She does it all! Meghan Markle may be occupied with royal engagements, but she always finds time to stay active — specifically with yoga.

“Meghan takes yoga so seriously that she built a state of the art studio at Frogmore, which comes with an eco-friendly hot air system so she can practice Bikram yoga,” a source exclusively told Life & Style. “She’s been practicing for years and learned all the techniques from her mom, Doria [Ragland,] who is a fully qualified yoga instructor, so she doesn’t need any additional help in that department.”

The 37-year-old welcomed her first child, Archie, with her husband, Prince Harry, in May. Now that enough time has passed since giving birth, Meg doesn’t have to hold back as much when exercising. “When Doria was living at Frogmore, they’d practiced prenatal and postnatal yoga, but now Meghan’s body has healed from the birth she’s back to doing Vinyasa yoga, which is a more athletic approach to the practice,” the insider added.

Being a royal means having a hectic life but the former actress makes sure she unwinds. “She also finds the time to meditate for 15-20 minutes a day — it helps her switch off from the stresses of everyday life,” the source continued. “Harry and Meghan make exercising fun by jogging around the gardens with the dogs.”

Aside from working out together, the couple also enjoys cooking. “Harry and Meghan do have access to a royal chef, who they use from time to time but he doesn’t live at Frogmore and only works when they’re too busy to cook themselves,” another source exclusively revealed to Life & Style. “Harry wasn’t a great cook when he met Meghan, but she’s teaching him all the ropes. Whole Foods is Meghan’s favorite food store and she’ll often shop online.”

It’s no wonder that the Suits alum always looks great, even after giving birth less than two months ago. The second insider also added that “Meghan lives on a very strict plant-based diet.” That’s dedication right there!
