If Hannah Godwin needed advice before coming on the show, former contestant Danielle Maltby was the friend to turn to. “I just told her to be herself, because the producers are really good at reading through bulls— facades,” Danielle told Life & Style magazine.

Cassie Probably Has The Purest Intentions.

“She’s only ever had one boyfriend, really her whole life,” Cassie’s BFF Linda Garmolgomut told Life & Style mag. “They split up three or four years ago…she wanted to find love and put herself out there.” It turns out, Cassie only had eyes for Colton. Her friend continued, “I know she really only wanted to go on if it was him. She was always all about Colton.” Another fun fact: Cassie’s sister, Michelle, is dating actor Gregg Sulkin, the ex of Bella Thorne. Weird but true.

Nina Rejected Arie First.

Nina Bartula wasn’t supposed to be on Colton’s season at all. “She was actually going to be on with Arie [Luyendyk Jr.],” her friend Kelli French said. “She went through auditions, found out it was going to be Arie and wasn’t interested. She pulled out.” When the sales account manager got the chance to meet Colton, she agreed!

Hannah B. And Caelynn: Longtime Rivals?

The two beauty queens are competing for Colton’s heart but this isn’t the first they’ve gone head-to-head. The two women faced off against each other during the 2018 Miss USA pageant. Caelynn represented North Carolina while Hannah wore the Miss Alabama sash. In the end, Caelynn was crowned runner-up and Hannah wasn’t able to crack the top 15. Reportedly, there’s no bitterness between the two. “Hannah is super nice,” photographer Spencer Williams confessed and Caelynn’s friend Laura Jordan said that she’s “just a sweet girl.”

Elyse is a makeup artist with aspirations to be a model. Her photographer friend Landon Mondragon dished, “This show is a way she can gain exposure…I asked her, ‘Are you ready to be married or what?’ and she just laughed.” He also noted that the redhead “could be ready for love.” Time will tell…

There are plenty of contestants in Bachelor and Bachelorette history that have been previously married.
