It’s True Thompson‘s world — and Elmo’s just living in it! Khloé Kardashian took to her Instagram Story on Monday, December 9, to share a sweet video of her daughter dancing and talking to her stuffed Sesame Street character, and it’s too precious. The 21-month-old can be heard muttering something before exclaiming, “Elmo!” while the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star says, “Yay!” TBH, this mother-daughter duo is #goals. Watch the clip above to see all of the cuteness for yourself!

A source recently dished to Life & Style exclusively that the blonde beauty, 35, is trying to curb her spending for the sake of her daughter. “ gets a lot of buzz for spoiling  — reportedly $100,000 recently — but  and Khloé are no slouches when it comes to lavishing presents on their kids,” the insider dished.

While the A-listers can obviously afford anything and everything they want, the , well, tries not to. “Khloé has learned that less is more. She’s trying really hard to set a better example, but Khloé and Kim still go all out,” the insider continued. “The designer clothes they buy for kids is in the $10,000 to $20,000 or more range — which is insane when you think how they’ll outgrow it so fast — but money is no object for them.”

Let’s not forget that when you’re a celeb, though, things get handed to you. So while some of what the duo rocks may look expensive — and it probably is — it’s very possible it was gifted to them. Take Khlo’s diamond-encrusted True necklace, for example. Life & Style spoke exclusively with celebrity favorite , a.k.a. , about the story behind creating the incredible piece for Tristan Thompson‘s ex.

“So that one I actually gifted to her as a surprise for when she had the baby and  first came out,” he explained. “I was talking it over with my publicist and we just decided, ‘You know what? This is a good opportunity, let’s just do it.’ So I made it and she loved it!”

*Sigh.* it must be nice to be famous, huh?
