She’s back on the market! Lady Gaga recently called off her engagement to Christian Carino, but who did the pop star date before him? The 32-year-old has been in a couple of long-term relationships. Scroll through the gallery below to see Gaga’s exes.
Gaga was linked to the Grammy-award winning record producer in 2006. Rob sued the pop star in 2010 for 30 million dollars, claiming that he cowrote some of her songs. Four years later, the case was dropped.
The Grammy winner dated the creative director in 2008. “Dada is quite brilliant and we were crazy lovers, but I stopped it when we discovered what a strong creative connection we had,” she confessed in a 2010 interview with the Evening Standard. “I didn’t want it just to be about careless love.”
The blonde beauty dated Luc in 2005 but called it quits in 2011. “I’ve never really loved anyone like I love him,” she told Rolling Stone in 2009 about their relationship. “Or like I love him. That relationship really shaped me. I sort of resolved that if you can’t have the guy of your dreams, there are other ways to give love.” Her hit song “Yoü And I” is about their love story.
The “Born This Way” crooner met the actor on the set of her “Yoü And I” music video in July 2011. The duo got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2015 after they were together for three years. However, their love didn’t go the distance as they split in 2016. “Taylor and I have always believed we are soulmates,” the New York native wrote on Instagram at the time. “Just like all couples we have ups and downs, and we have been taking a break. We are both ambitious artists, hoping to work through long-distance and complicated schedules to continue the simple love we have always shared. Please root us on. We’re just like everything else and we really love each other.”
Lady Gaga was spotted with the talent agent in February 2017. In October 2018, the actress called him “my fiancé” on stage at the 25th annual Elle Women in Hollywood event. The pair couldn’t stop packing on the PDA at several award shows this year, but when Gaga showed up at the Grammys one thing was missing: her engagement ring. The split was confirmed to JustJared on February 19.
