Couple behavior? Younes Bendjima gave Kourtney Kardashian‘s youngest son, Reign Disick, a sweet birthday shoutout amid rumors that the exes are back together. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians kiddo turned 5 on December 14 and the model took a moment to gush over the adorable boy.

“Happy birthday, Lil Prince,” the 26-year-old wrote on his Instagram Story on December 18. He shared a photo of Reign smiling from ear-to-ear while holding a pair of tiny black sneakers — perhaps a birthday gift from Younes?

Kourtney, 40, and the stud have seemingly rekindled their romance over the past few weeks. They were photographed together spending the day at Disneyland. Younes even posted a photo from the outing of the “coolest kids,” which fans believe belong to the reality star. Before that, the pair got cozy at a club in Miami.

However, a source exclusively told In Touch that the reality babe is taking things one day at a time. “The feelings were there, but as their relationship didn’t work out the first time around,” the insider dished. “Kourtney was initially skeptical about giving Younes a second chance. Kourtney’s had a change of heart, though. After spending time with Younes, she’s realized how much she adores him and the chemistry between them is insane. He’s also intelligent, which she finds attractive in a man.”

Obviously, the boxer has been getting closer to Kourtney’s kids. While that seems sweet, their father, Scott Disick, isn’t sold on Younes quite yet. “Scott can’t stand Younes, but he’s not going to tell Kourtney what to do. He’s moved on with his life and so has she,” a separate insider exclusively told In Touch. The Lord, 36, has been dating Sofia Richie for two years so it sounds like he’s simply minding his own business on that one.

The two first met at a bar in Paris in 2016 — just before Kim Kardashian was robbed — the Poosh founder explained on KUWTK. They heated up fast and took trips all over the world together from Egypt to Mexico and everywhere in-between. However, Younes was photographed getting handsy with a woman in Mexico in August 2018, which seemingly caused a big rift in their relationship.

Although things appeared to fizzle out toward the end of September, they have had many flirty encounters along the way. From Instagram comments to attending Kourt’s 40th birthday, it seems as though the exes never got too far from each other.

Time will tell!
