Don’t mess with Carrie Underwood.
She already warned men in her single “Before He Cheats” what she’s capable of if they ever do her wrong—and her latest single “Two Black Cadillacs” is no different.
In her darkest music video to date, the 29-year-old beauty belts out the chart-topping track while an eerie scenario unfolds. Held at the funeral of a cheating husband, the video and song tells the story of two women seeking their revenge.
The American Idol alum looks gorgeous — as always — in an all black ensemble as she drives a black Cadillac (makes sense with the song, right?) to the funeral
The eeriest part of the video? The end. Watch for yourselves!
“It was so fun writing that song,” the blonde beauty says of the third single from her No. 1 album Blown Away. “Obviously people know it’s not my life. I try not to overthink it. If I had a whole album full of songs like that, it would be like, ‘What is she trying to say here?’”
Luckily for Carrie, she’s happily married and trusts her man Mike Fisher. “I’ve never had to worry about him because I’ve never trusted anybody so completely,” she says of her hockey star hubby. “Or I didn’t know the true meaning of trust. He just…he just wouldn’t do that.”
